I have been a loyal customer of Papa Giovanni for many years as I find the meals great and the ambience amicable.
Two friends and I dined at your establishment on Thursday 13 October 2005 as I have told them about your reputation. We chose to sit in the alfresco area.
This time however I find the service was disgraceful. We had just finished our meals when one of your staff came round and started picking up the dinnerware off our table. About five minutes later, the Maitre D’ came over to clean our table and and get it ready for the next diners – all this whilst we were still digesting our food and pouring water into our glasses.
No, we didn’t order extravagantly like the customer at the next table – we were not that famished that evening. No, we didn’t order a bottle of wine – my friends do not drink alcohol. However, that’s really no excuse to treat your customer like some vagrants from the street asking for leftover. We paid the full price for our meals.
We would just like to inform you that we find the service at your restaurant abominably appaling, we feel we have had better service at hawker food restaurants in
